The rock cycle
In Science, we are exploring the three types of rocks and how they are formed. We used sweets to represent the different elements of how rocks are formed.
We applied pressure to our sweets, which molded them together, to represent sedimentary rock. Then, we applied heat and pressure to represent metamorphic rock. Finally, we melted our sweets and allowed them to cool to represent igneous rock!
