STEM Activity
Year Six had such a fun-filled day. First, they created towers with their buddies during a STEM activity.
Dissection
To related to our unit on the circulatory system, Year Six watched a heart dissection to further their understanding of anatomy. We also dissected the lungs and looked how the respiratory system and circulatory system linked together.
Oil Spill
Year Six had an oil spill! Using different resources and materials, we attempted to clear up the oil spill - turns out this is much more difficult than it looks. We looked at real-life oil spills and how these are dealt with.
