Being part of our wonderful local, world and on-line community means that we can both contribute and be supported. Year Six have been learning about how to be responsible and caring community members.
The children have explored the amazing opportunities that the internet brings them. Part of using this responsibly is learning skills to stay safe and happy on-line and have strategies, ready to use if anything feels more uncomfortable.
From home, Year Six used an on-line comic creator to write lively comic strips for Year Five to support their understanding of what to do if they ever experience cyber-bullying. Can you think of any other advice for another child in school?
