Dance
In this dance unit the children explored travelling action, movement skills and balancing. They learnt the importance of counting in time with the music and used this within their dance. The children copied and repeated actions linking them together to make short dance phrases. They worked both individually and with a partner to create in relation to the theme. The children enjoyed the opportunity to perform and provide feedback to others, beginning to use dance terminology.
