Opening times, fees and booking
Cedars - Booking, Sessions and Fees
Bookings are made through Schoolcomms Gateway the month before sessions are required. Parents will receive an invoice from school and payment is required by the 15th of each month.

Cedars Wrap-around Care Club Provision | Cost per session from September, 2024 |
Before school from 7:45am to 8:45am | First child is £4.50 for the session (each additional child already in school is £3.90) |
After school to 4:30pm | First child is £6.30 (each additional child already in school is £5.40) |
After school to 5:00pm | First child is £9.00 (each additional child already in school is £7.70) |
After school to 5:45pm | First child is £12.30 (each additional child already in school is £10.50) |
Late collection fee | This incurs a cost at the rate of a half hour session if pick up is delayed by ten minutes. Further charges will be added at a rate of £1 for each subsequent 5-minute period. |
Late payment fee | Invoices are to be paid by 15th of each month. Failure to pay will result in a late payment charge of £30 being added to a parent’s/carer’s account. |
Please note that governors reserve the right to make necessary adjustments to prices. A notice period of two months will be provided before any changes are made. At the time of registration, parents are asked to accept the booking and payment conditions. | |
Registration
Parents will need to complete a registration form for each child attending Cedars and have agreed to the conditions set out in the Payment, Fees and Booking Policy. Click here to complete a registration form.

Additional lunchtime club for Nursery children
We offer a lunch club for Nursery Children from 11:45am until 12:30pm; this is £5.00. Children can bring a packed lunch to school or order a school dinner priced at £2.70. Children can be collected from the school office at 12:30pm, or attend our afternoon Nursery sessions from 12:30pm until 3:30pm. The ‘Welcome to Nursery’ booklet contains further information about using nursery funding for hours at Cedars.
