Science Rocks!
Fantastic Fossils!
Year Three have been investigating how fossils are made. We know that fossils can only come in sedimentary rocks and we replicated this with bread and sweets! We know that bones are under pressure during fossilisation so we squished the bread.
Soil Detectives
Today we became soil detectives! We investigated different types of soils to see what they are made up of. We discovered the importance of different types of soils and what they can be used for.
