Getting outside and immersing ourselves in nature helps us to feel relaxed and rejuvinated whilst also taking our minds off any worries we may have.
We don't need to spend hours outdoors to reap the benefits. Just 10 minutes every couple of hours is enough to give our brain the break it needs to rewind and reset.
