What is a community?

Year Five have been busy thinking about what a community is, as well as identifying the communities we are part of. Take a look at our definitions.

We discussed how the people in a community are what make it what it is and reflected on how we would like our actions to contribute positively to the communities we are part of. To inspire us further, we looked at different examples of people showing that community spirit!

Following on from this, we wrote our own 'community pledges' to ensure we make positive choices to help our community.
