Every week homework will be uploaded onto Class Dojo on Thursday. These activities will be practical and fun things to do at home to consolidate learning that has taken place in school. Photos can be added to your child's profile on Dojo for teachers to see. 

At Berkswich we follow the Little Wandle Letters & Sounds phonics scheme. During the first half term your child will be given a decodable book to read, matched to their phonics stage. They will read this book three times in school, focusing on a different aspect of reading each day and then take it home with them on a Thursday. Books will be collected back in on a Monday.
