Invasion games

Within this unit the children have learnt that invasion games are where there are two teams and two goals. They have developed their understanding of attacking and defending through playing different sports such as, benchball, football, netball and handball. The children have learnt how important it is to play to the rules and have the opportunity to keep scores. When playing the games the children have developed an awareness of showing respect and kindness towards their teammates and opponents.
